If you’ve experienced trauma, you may carry parts of yourself that feel stuck in pain, shame, or fear. My work is about helping you heal those wounded parts, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that feels authentic and safe.
I specialize in trauma therapy using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches help clients process painful experiences, reduce triggers, and develop compassion for themselves.
I work especially with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent people who want a therapist who understands their identities and lived experiences. My practice is affirming, neurodiversity-positive, and rooted in the belief that these identities are strengths to be drawn on, and healing is possible.
