About

Affirming, Healing, Transformative

Whether you’re looking to heal from childhood trauma, manage burnout, begin your transition, or whatever you may be struggling with, I can help to offer a path forward. My approach to therapy is relational, meaning that I believe the relationship between client and therapist is the primary source of change, more so than any particular intervention or skill. Sessions in my office feel like just sitting and having a conversation, but in a place that is emotionally safe, where no thought is met with judgment, and no topic is taboo. I find that this environment allows my clients to reveal themselves fully, without façade, and in having that level of honesty with themselves, they can begin to change.
